外交部今（24日）在推特曬出大台北被烏雲籠罩的照片，寫道：「台灣上空烏雲密佈。我們的國家被第74屆世衛大會排除在外，無法為Health For All做出貢獻。這個世界，以及我們2,300萬人民值得更好的對待。」
接著外交部tag譚德塞推特，喊話：「是時候讓譚德塞把政治放在一旁，讓台灣進入WHO」。最後說道：「是時候讓大家看看WHO can Help了」。
